Our philosophy is simple. Keep it Simple. We don't have a giant expense account or a Rolls Royce, and we don't have commercials showing us strategizing in a private jet. Instead, we choose to keep our overhead expenses low and focus our resources on our clients. That allows us to to maximize YOUR recovery without maximizing your case expenses.

Our goal is to see you walk away from your case free from debt and with money in your pocket to cover past losses and future expenses. Limiting our case expenses goes a long way to accomplishing that goal.

Large, big budget firms have their place in our legal system. We're just not one of them. Solid, personal representation with a great result is our focus.

Our Team

Dennis Postiglione, J.D., Owner/Managing Member

Mr. Postiglione is a trial lawyer with over 21 years of litigation experience representing thousands of clients. He has represented individuals in addition to small business and large corporations.

Mr. Postiglione graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin where he was a member of the Dean’s List.

Mr. Postiglione went on to obtain his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law where he was a Dean’s List Member and an academic scholarship recipient during all three years of law school. He was a Member of the South Texas Law Review, achieved membership in the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity, and received two American Jurisprudence Awards for academic achievement before graduating at the top of his law school class.

Mr. Postiglione worked full-time while completing his undergraduate studies and law school in order to pay his tuition and living expenses. Mr. Postiglione earned his degrees through hard work and perseverance.

From 2011-2020, Mr. Postiglione proudly served as an Adjunct Professor at University of Texas Law School Center for Professional Education where he taught Tort and Contract law. He has served as the Keynote Speaker at various seminars across the State of Texas.

Today, Mr. Postiglione practices in state and federal courts primarily in the areas of Right to Privacy, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, and Trucking Accidents. He is a member of the Austin Bar Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and in the Western and Southern Districts of Texas as well as being admitted to several federal courts around the United States.

In his spare time, Mr. Postiglione is enjoys live music, running, mountain biking, and hiking. He relaxes by spending time with his family in the Texas Hill County.
